Digital Products

  • All digital files are non-refundable — preview is part of our promise.
  • Since you receive a preview and can request modifications before final delivery, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for digital artwork.

Physical Products (Canvas / Prints)

We aim to deliver high-quality canvases that meet your expectations. However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

Delivery Damage:

If your order arrives damaged, don't worry — we'll happily send you a replacement.

To request an exchange:

  1. Go to your Historical Orders page.
  2. Find the related order and open the Chat Message option.
  3. Provide Details:
    • A short description of the issue.
    • Clear photos showing the damaged area and packaging.

Once verified (within 2-3 business days), we'll ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Issues:

  • If the canvas tracking indicates it was not shipped correctly or has been lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Contact ming@youartworks.shop or live chat immediately with the tracking details if this occurs.

30 Days to Report Issues

  • Please reach out within 30 days if your product arrives damaged in transit.
  • After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a replacement, but we'll still do our best to assist.

Important Notes

  • As each piece is personalized, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
  • Minor color variations (due to screen settings) are normal and not considered defects.
  • Shipping delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control.
